Retainify

The Rating question type uses a 5-star rating scale.

How to configure a question using Rating:

Go to Toolbox portlet on the left side of the screen in the survey builder.

Click on Rating. The question type is populated on the section page.

Click on the question, Configuration portlet displays on the right.

Click on the Required check box if you want to make this question mandatory for the surveyee to complete.

Click on the Skippable check box if you allow a surveyee to skip a required question.

Click on Configure Labels to configure the rating scale labels (e.g. Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Neither Agree or Disagree, Agree, Strongly Agree). Click Save.

To populate data from this question to your segment dashboard, tag analysis, or nps analysis, you must select (1) lifecycle tag under Tag. Life cycle tags are: New Hire, Engagement, or Exit. If you like to further break down your data, you can add additional tags (e.g. career growth, culture, my team etc).

Click Save to save your configuration.
