Retainify encourages organizations to use net promoter score questions throughout the employment lifecycle of their employees: New Hire, Engagement, and Exit. Net promoter score is universal and can easily be used for internal and external benchmarking.
There are two net promoter score questions employers can embed in their feedback surveys:
eNPS: On a scale of 0 - 10, how likely are you to recommend our company to your friends, relatives, and family members?
mNPS: On a scale of 0 - 10, how likely are you to recommend your manager to your friends, relatives, and family members?
How to configure a question using Net Promoter Score:
Go to Toolbox portlet on the left side of the screen in the survey builder.
Click on Net Promoter Score. The question type is populated on the section page.
Click on the question, Configuration portlet displays on the right.
Click on the Required check box if you want to make this question mandatory for the surveyee to complete.
To populate data from the net promoter score questions to your dashboard. You must select eNPS/ mNPS and New Hire/Engagement/Exit under Tag. To select multiple, click Ctrl and click on the selections.
Click Save when you are done with the configuration.
