The Overview dashboard highlights key trends in your eNPS and mNPS data tracked throughout the employment lifecycle of your employees.
The response from your eNPS and mNPS questions used in your new hire, pulse/engagement, and exit surveys are pulled into the Overview dashboard.
You can use the filters on the top to slice and dice the eNPS and mNPS data by employee demographics and timelines.
To filter by employee demographics:
Click on the Demographics dropdown menu on the top to configure your filters.
To filter by frequency:
Click on the Frequency (Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly) dropdown menu on the top to configure frequency.
To filter by date:
Click on the Date Range calendar on the top to configure a date range.
