You can create unrestricted/non-anonymous surveys that allow you to see survey data with less than 5 responses under the Responses dashboard only. Additionally, unrestricted/non-anonymous surveys allow you to see the names and departments of the survey respondents in the comment section of the tag analysis. This feature is built to give flexibility for admin users to create surveys they usually do in SurveyMonkey or Google Form.

The name and department appear in a comment under tag analysis for an unrestricted/non-anonymous survey.

For example, you might want to send an unrestricted survey to gauge the interest of your employees around hoteling stations vs. assigned desks, allowing you to see responses immediately and not have to wait for 5 responses to see the data.

To create an unrestricted survey:

  1. Go to Setting in Template or Survey.

  2. Under Edit Survey settings, leave the Anonymous feature unchecked.

  3. Click Save.

You can now see survey data with less than 5 responses under the Responses dashboard only.
