The Segment dashboard allows organizations to track and measure engagement throughout the employment lifecycle of their employees.

There are two parts to the segment dashboard.

  1. The first (top) part of the Segment dashboard is focused on eNPS and mNPS.

  2. The second (bottom) part of the segment dashboard is focused on Tags. Recall each survey question is associated with a Tag (e.g., Career Growth, Culture, Mission & Purpose, etc.). Therefore, each tag in the segment displays the rolled-up score from the questions.

Accessing the Segment dashboard:

  1. Click on the Segment link under Analytics located in the left panel.

  2. The Segment dashboard page displays.

  3. Adjust the filters at the top:
    - Select a Demographic (e.g., Gender, Supervisor, Location, etc.)
    - Select a Frequency (e.g., Monthly (displays up to 12 months only), Quarterly, Annually)
    - Select a Lifecycle (e.g., New Hire, Engagement, Exit, Other (all data))
    - Select a Date Range

  4. Segment data displays (Trend is selected by default).

  5. To see the score, click on the Trend button to change to Score.

  6. Score heatmap displays.

To filter Segment dashboard by tag(s):

  1. Click on the Segment link under Analytics located in the left panel.

  2. The Segment dashboard page displays.

  3. In the dropdown menu, enter the tag(s) you would like to filter.

  4. Dashboard refreshes.

  5. Scroll to the Tag section at the bottom of the segment dashboard to see filtered tag(s).

To drill down on the Segment dashboard via deep links:

When you hover your mouse over any numbers on the Segment dashboard, they turn into a link. To discover what is behind the data in your segment dashboard, click on the number, and you will be directed to the NPS or Tag Analysis to see what makes up the score on your segment dashboard.
