If you didn't send the survey through our scheduling tool, you also didn't set up automatic reminders. Don't worry! You can still send survey reminders manually through the Retainify application.

To send survey reminders manually:

  1. Go to the survey you would like to send reminders manually.

  2. Under Action, select Send Reminder from the dropdown menu.

  3. Customize the reminder notification by complete Email Subject and Email Body.

  4. Click Next.

  5. Check the box to select all or use the Search/Advanced Search to filter employees.

  6. Click Send.
